Terms and Conditions of Sale

Application

These terms govern all purchases made on www.emanufacturing.fr. or sur eudr.com, eudr.fr and eudr.eu By placing an order, you accept them in full.

Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Slight differences in packaging or color may occur.

Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€) excluding VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately. We may update prices, but confirmed orders are not affected.

Orders

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel any order if needed (e.g., due to stock errors or fraud risk). Custom and private label (white label ) items are non refundable.

Payments

Payments are securely handled via third-party providers (such as Stripe, Link or PayPal). We do not store your payment details unless requested to.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. We are not liable for delays due to shipping carriers or external events.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel your order, except for opened or personalized cosmetic products or digital products or manufacturing equipment. To return a product, contact us at cosmetic@emanufacturing.fr. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return.

Warranty

Products are covered by French legal warranties: the warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or external circumstances.
